The U.P. Branch is located in K.G. Medical College, Lucknow. In the Cancer OPD at IMA Bhavan, River Bank Colony, necessary information and advice on cancer is given to persons visiting the centre.

In the Out reach Cancer Awareness Camps lectures are given, patients are screened and exhibitions are arranged in which literature on cancer is distributed. In the Camp held at Dau Dayal Mahila Vidyalaya, Firozabad in April 1998, 163 patients were examined and 38 suspected cancer cases were detected who were advised further investigations and treatment. In the Camp held at Barabanki in January 1999, cancer check-ups were conducted and a video film on cancer was also shown. In collaboration with Spare India at Kadra, Lucknow, health check up for women was conducted in March 1999 in which screening for breast and cervical cancer was carried out.
